With leadership coaching, my reward is seeing a client grow and develop – to deepen and gain experience with various competencies to help leaders be more effective in their role and help them motivate and inspire a team. I especially love working with new leaders who have transitioned from being an individual contributor to leading the team, and the complications of a hybrid work environment have made it more challenging for leaders to build connection and accountability within their teams.

A) Leadership 101 – 1 month – $1500 + HST ($400 + HST for each additional coaching hour)
What you receive for your investment:
One 30-minute intake conversation to clarify the topic
A structured, customized written coaching program with specific developmental objectives prepared by me after the intake, to provide a road map for your development
Two 60-minute coaching conversations every 2-3 weeks to discuss progress/challenges and four new practices for you to complete, with reflection questions.
One 30-minute completion conversation – to highlight your progress and discuss next steps

Follow-up conversation 3-6 months post-program
B) Leadership Essentials – 3 months – $3000 + HST ($400 + HST for each additional coaching hour)

One 30 minute offer conversation – to align the coaching program based on our discussion, complete with your first practice: a self-assessment and reflection questions to get you started on your journey.
Ten 60-minute coaching conversations every 2-3 weeks to discuss progress/challenges and ten new practices with reflection questions.
One 60-minute completion conversation – to highlight your progress and discuss next steps

D) Lead With Inspiration and Purpose – 9 months – $9500 + HST ($400 + HST for each additional coaching hour)
- One 60-minute intake conversation to clarify the topic/goal
A structured, customized written coaching program prepared by me, after the intake
One 30 minute offer conversation – to align the coaching program based on our discussion, complete with your first practice: a self-assessment and reflection questions to get you started on your journey.
Fifteen 60-minute coaching conversations every 2-3 weeks to discuss progress/challenges and fifteen new practices with reflection questions. - Two team coaching sessions – one team assessment to identify strengths/gaps and one team observation with feedback discussion and summary report
One 60-minute completion conversation – to highlight your progress and discuss next steps

Email support between conversations
Follow-up conversation 3-6 months post-program
Payment can be billed in 2 instalments: ½ cost prior to first session, and remaining ½ to be billed at the end of month 2. Monthly payment plans are available upon request
Payment will be accepted by online transfer before the first session.
Coaching sessions are held remotely.

Cancellation policy: Please provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session. A cancellation fee will apply if less than 24 hours notice is provided.
Refund policy: Refunds will not be provided for unused sessions. Sessions within any coaching package will expire 12 months from the time a package is confirmed and paid for.
